In mindfulness, my heart quickens me to write. Correct the thoughts by spilling it out on a scroll of un-subscribed literature. One, if not many will read in time and I’ll be pressed for nothing but another time, I can put my pen to paper. The uncontrolled concerted mass of media says look this way, act that way, believe only what the majority push in favor of a lobbied attempt at gains.
Beautiful has no boundaries. To breach the boarders of our mind is to push beyond what others expect of us. To be content with our body, beliefs and hold fast to these things, feels at times, impossible.
The point of convergence is to turn ones eyes inward, the meeting of your mind and body.
To whom was given the power to tell the oceans water its limit to land? Not one, we could all agree. The same to is true of us. A cliff may break the wave, a beach may subdue it’s waters reach. A troubled soul may tell you, you can’t! Yet a current within stirs its mass and pushes forth again and again. So to must we allow the current of our true self to brew a beautiful transition. Eventually, the weather changes. The hurricane of hope and the tsunami of self will defy the odds and the boundaries of our beauty will once again cover the landscape of all that we focus on.
Be kind to yourself, but be the hurricane.
